Workouts and training are always more effective when you have someone to
challenge you and hold you accountable. Our family classes are oriented towards
getting parents and children involved in training together. There is a special bond
that forms between people as they train and advance through the ranks together,
and as families, that bond is strengthened ten-fold.
We have helped many families train together through the ranks to Black Belt, and
those families have become stronger both in our school, and at home. The family
then becomes something more. They also become a team, working together
toward a common goal.
