At Tiger Kwon's, we understand the importance of living a healthy lifestyle.
That is why we created our intense Kickboxing and conditioning class. We
use contemporary Kick-Boxing in combination with our traditional martial
arts to create an intense workout, working cardio endurance, burning fat,
and toning muscle. Our classes provide an intense calorie burn while at
the same time teaching self defense in a series of effective striking,
kicking, and blocking and avoiding or blocking such attacks.
